Payments

Payments on the Website are processed through the Culqi payment gateway, ensuring secure transactions.

Refund Policy

We understand that certain situations may require a refund request. Refunds will be accepted only under the following conditions:

• Billing error or duplicate charge.
• Technical issues preventing access, viewing, or download of the purchased digital product.
• Unrecognized charges made through our payment gateway (Culqi).

Refund requests must be submitted through the “Contact” option available on our website, within a maximum of 7 calendar days from the transaction date. Please include the necessary information to identify your purchase (order number, date, and the email used for the payment) so that we can locate and verify your receipt securely.

Once approved, the refund will be processed through Culqi and returned to the same payment method used for the purchase. The refund may take approximately 15 to 30 days to appear, depending on the policies of the customer’s financial institution.

When applicable, a refund processing fee may be deducted to cover transaction and banking costs charged by the payment gateway and financial institutions.

Our goal is to provide a safe and transparent purchasing experience. If your case does not fall under the situations listed above, please contact us — we’ll be happy to review it individually.
